Returns Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In the same condition as received — unworn and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all accompanying documents (certificate of authenticity, warranty card, box, tags)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that have been worn, adjusted, or serviced after purchase
- Custom-engraved or personalised pieces
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items returned without original packaging or documentation
How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@diamor.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and packaging instructions
- Pack the item securely using the original packaging
- Drop off at the specified courier collection point
- You will receive confirmation once we receive and inspect your return
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 banking days for your bank to process the credit.
Return Shipping
Diamor provides a complimentary prepaid return label for all eligible returns. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a watch I have worn once?
No. Watches must be returned unworn and in the same condition as delivered. Any signs of wear will result in the return being rejected.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
If your watch arrives damaged or in a condition different from described, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Can I exchange for a higher-priced item?
Yes. If you exchange for a higher-priced timepiece, you simply pay the difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
